Who Am I?
I'm Shalandas also known as Londas to some and to others ``Chevy” because of my love for Chevrolet, yup i'm a country girl. I'm not just a motivationalist and expressionist; I serve as a catalyst for love & positive change. As a Mindfulness Coach my mission is to empower individuals to break free from limitations, discover inner strengths, and design a life that aligns with goals, dreams and aspirations. What I choose to do is utilize my love for music and seeing the growth put together on creating the desire to live a more motivated and inspired life.
My Story
The path to where I am today wasn't always paved with success. I've faced my share of challenges, setbacks, and doubts. Yet, it was through these experiences that I unearthed the resilience within me. My journey is a testament to the belief that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth.
